Basic Rules

Speed Limit is 5 MPH and the outer loop is a one way road.

**Winter Rule - All hoses must be connected to winter water boxes and then NOT TOUCHED UNITL DEPARTURE DATE. Do not touch anything in the winter water box after it has been set.

** Winter Rule - All sites must use a surge protector. Campers must use 30 amp and 50 amp plugs only.

**Winter Rule - No 110v outlets (household outlets) on power post may be used by campers. These are for campground use only. Anything plugged into these outlets will be unplugged by staff immediately.

** Winter Rule- Only heated water hoses are allowed to be used between October 26 - March 31. Any other hoses will be disconnected if found.

** Winter Rule - Campground staff will not make repairs to your equipment.

** Winter Rule - The bottom of all campers must be insulated from the elements. Foam board, covered insulation, etc. are allowed.

** Winter Recommendation - We strongly suggest that you heat with propane instead of electric. Camper wiring has a history of not holding up to a season of electric heat use, so for your safety, consider an alternative.

The campground cannot be set as your “home” address. Campgrounds are temporary living situations and all campers are responsible for their own temporary status and providing their own home address.

2 vehicles allowed per site.

No Fireworks.

All RV’s are subject to an age requirement. Any RV built before 2015 must be approved.

All RV’s must be in good physical and operational shape.

No minors allowed without parental supervision.

No riding bikes after dark.

Ground cloths must be moved every third day. This will allow the grass to survive.

Aggressive dogs are prohibited at Baldwin Oaks Campground.

Dogs exhibiting rough, aggressive or dangerous behavior must be removed immediately.

Dogs (limit, 2) need to be leashed at all times.

Dogs can’t be be left unattended.

It is your responsibility to clean up after your dog.

Outside Lights must be turned off before you go to bed.

Quiet time 10 pm - 8 am

Check out time is at 12 pm

Check in time is at 3 pm

Late departures or early arrivals must be pre-approved.

Alcoholic beverages are restricted to your sites only.

One picnic table per campsite. (If you need an additional one, please call the office.)

All Camping Units need to be in good working order ( No roof Tarps )

All Camping Units need to look good.

All camping sites need to be well maintained, clean and organized.

Alcoholic Beverages are restricted to your site.

No Long Term Tent Camping.

No Profanity.

No Solicitation.

No Golf Carts.

Children need to be 13 or older to be in the recreation room unaccompanied

To be considered for Winter camping your RV must have a working gas furnace.
